Danced so hard to a stellar set, again, by Joel Davis, The Vibrarian. Just posted today.  This just flying a kite with the girls and Aunt Catherine and her nurse friend Kristen in the field across from the Candlewood lake house.  After the dance Cat said, wow look how sweaty you are. I don’t think I’ve ever danced that hard. I said you just have to intend to do it!  I felt incredibly alive while dancing today, like a bull busting out of his holding pen.

Today a lazy Sunday reading James Michener’s long history of the literary adaptations of the original Don Juan, barber of Seville in his. Masterpiece, “ Iberia.”  Which I follow with a solid half hour of another vibrator in Sette, Oh man, I always want to leave the mistranslations in. I have to leave that one. But what I meant to say was Vibrarian set on mixcloud.  But speaker battery went out so I switched to deep stretch yoga and sit ups. But I was so warm that I think I went extra deep.  Oh yeah, then there was a part where Lucia came in the room with a laundry basket on her head and we danced together for a minute

Another hardcore dance. 4 days I’m a row. It feels like a blessing. Today The Vibrarian, Joel Davis, laid down a perfect hour long dance set. I was exhausted a half hour in, I danced so hard, but I pushed, and the music pushed me too. 45 minutes in I almost quit, but I kept pushing, working against, and for, time. It was glorious. https://m.mixcloud.com/TheVibrarian/mixmasterpiece-theater-24-april-2020/

I probably added 50 dances since I last posted here, but because there was some problem between Google and Apple, I had to buy an app on my phone in order to add more to the blog. Conservatively I’ve done 25 dances, so I skip forward to 500.  I should be able to keep better track now. Not that time and numbers really matter anyway, it’s more of a symbolic thing. Time is really weird right now, because we are in the middle of a quarantine. The family and I have been hunkering down, as they say, at the Lakehouse in Brookfield Connecticut, on Candlewood lake. Yesterday I had an unbelievable dance on the dock, to the “beach vibes playlist” on Spotify. I made up a dozen moves, even pretended like I was doing fancy jump rope moves for the speedboats going by, because I knew from where they were they could not see that I did not have a jump rope. Haha. That was fun.   I fantasized about making YouTube videos, choreographed workouts full of all of these moves for the masses. (A p...
